Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to efficiently process and manage payroll, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the payroll system 2. Verify attendance incidents and other payroll-related items 3. Address employee inquiries regarding pay slips and tax withholdings A leading company in the hydrocarbon distribution sector is looking for your talent as: ***Payroll Analyst.*** **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year processing payroll. * Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, LFT, and other applicable tax regulations. * Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., NOI, CONTPAQi, SAP, etc.). Analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Process and calculate biweekly/monthly payroll for employees. * Calculate taxes, deductions, withholdings, and social security contributions. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the payroll system. * Verify attendance incidents, overtime hours, bonuses, and other payroll items. * Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and tax compliance documents. * Address employee inquiries and consultations regarding pay slips and withholdings. * Ensure compliance with current labor and tax regulations. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year processing payroll. * Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, LFT, and other applicable tax regulations. * Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., NOI, CONTPAQi, SAP, etc.). * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines. **We Offer** * Monthly net salary of $17,000 * 10% bonus based on KPI achievement * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 h; Friday, 08:00–16:00 h * Subsidized cafeteria Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,800.00 – $17,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
