




**Academic Requirements**: CIVIL ENGINEER, ARCHITECT, LEA, OR RELATED DEGREE. * Certificates or courses related to project management, cost management, budgeting, or industrial safety **Work Experience** * 1 to 3 years of verifiable experience in the construction industry or similar positions **Specific Areas** * Unit price analysis and preparation of detailed budgets (civil works and installations). * Administrative supervision of construction projects, cost control, and efficient resource management. * Experience in tenders and development of technical-economic proposals. * Construction contract management, quality control, and planning **Technical Skills** * Advanced proficiency in cost and budget management software such as Opus or NeoData, and design software such as AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced-level Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). * Advanced ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications * Knowledge of laws and regulations related to construction (desirable). * Quantification of construction volumes **Soft Skills** * Analytical ability, skill in optimizing costs, analyzing data, and solving problems * Effective and assertive communication with suppliers, clients, and work teams. * Organization and planning skills, ability to set clear objectives and develop action plans. * Proactivity and accountability, self-initiative and commitment to project outcomes.
