Come and become part of this great family as: **BARMAN** POSITION OBJECTIVE: Ensure the proper preparation of all beverages, complying with hygiene and quality standards, following recipes regarding ingredients and presentation. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Follow recipes and beverage presentations according to current recipe books, festivals, and promotions. 2\. Maintain and organize the bar area clean and well-stocked, complying with food safety regulations set by DH. 3\. Carry out prior preparations of recipes that require it, as well as properly arranging them, anticipating service needs. 4\. Control daily and weekly (perpetual) inventory of bar supplies, daily requisitions to the warehouse, PEPS. 5\. Provide excellent service to all customers, including recommendations and suggestive selling of promotional beverages, and support in other areas as needed.
