**Position Objective:**
Responsible for providing assistance to populations affected by disasters (natural or human), through proper coordination with various stakeholders in the area (girls, boys, adolescents, adults, local authorities, etc.), strengthening community capacities and individual well-being according to national context.
**Experience:**

**Functions:**
Establish timely and effective communication channels with hierarchical superiors.
Actively participate in reflection, planning, and coordination meetings.

Promote Save the Children’s Child Safety and Protection Policy within communities, schools, businesses, government agencies, and any other institutions where the organization operates projects, ensuring it is respected and properly implemented.

**Activities:**
Plan, organize, and lead innovatively and creatively the activities and workshops outlined in the program description under their responsibility.
Identify challenges related to the initiation of any project (time, required support, relevance).
Schedule activities and develop timelines through coordination with staff from other local and national office areas.
Deliver workshops based on established descriptive guides and develop activities aimed at building competencies and developing skills.
Prepare working materials for activity implementation.
Create and develop content for activity implementation.
Develop activity proposals based on identified or observed needs in intervention spaces.
Collect information (databases).
Commit to carrying out work responsibly in response to social issues.
Manage workspaces within communities (shelters, schools, community centers, public spaces, among others).
Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and public and private institutions for activity implementation and development.
Prepare official letters and forms for coordination with key stakeholders.
Be responsible for the proper use of materials and equipment provided for carrying out activities.
Support the application of diagnostic tools, as well as information collection and systematization.
Prepare reports of findings and results according to Monitoring, Evaluation, and Accountability mechanisms.
Identify project learnings, risks, and opportunities.
