Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and ensure incremental deliveries in technology projects. Coordination of technical teams and communication with business areas Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: Scrum Master **Conversational English required** **Position based in Toluca (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)** * **Free transportation from El Ángel de la Independencia (round trip)** **Hybrid work model** **Requirements** -------------- * Experience as Scrum Master (3–5\+ years). * Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent). * Experience in technology projects, APIs, or digital transformation. * Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform. * Experience with agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). * Desired experience with API Management platforms such as Apigee X. * Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices. * Intermediate or conversational English. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective). * Remove impediments and ensure team productivity. * Promote continuous improvement and team agile maturity. * Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity on backlog and priorities. * Ensure incremental delivery of API-based and cloud service solutions. * Coordinate technical teams involved in integrations with Apigee X. * Track agile KPIs (velocity, burndown, lead time, etc.). * Promote best practices in DevOps and CI/CD environments. * Support communication between technical teams and business areas. **We Offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll employment model * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, food vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
