Job Summary: We are seeking a Java Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and applying software development best practices. Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Java Fullstack Developer Conversational English required Position based in Toluca (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) *Free transportation provided from El Ángel de la Independencia (round trip) Hybrid work model Technical Requirements: Previous experience as a Fullstack or Backend/Frontend Developer using Java. Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot. Knowledge of microservices architecture (desirable). Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) is a plus. Skills and Competencies: Strong Java expertise (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). Frontend development experience (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3). Proficiency with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js). Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL. Experience developing REST APIs. Familiarity with version control tools (Git). Familiarity with CI/CD tools. Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking. Teamwork and effective communication. · Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java technologies on the backend and modern frameworks on the frontend. Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services. Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js). Integrate systems and services via APIs and microservices. Participate in requirements analysis and technical solution design. Optimize application performance on both frontend and backend. Perform testing, debugging, and application maintenance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (QA, DevOps, UX/UI). Implement development best practices (clean code, testing, version control).
