




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive assistant with excellent customer service skills to handle the dispatch, arrangement, and maintenance of bakery products, ensuring freshness and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and resolution of product-related inquiries. 2. Hygienic handling and proper packaging of bakery products. 3. Maintenance of organized and attractive display cases. Main Responsibilities * **Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly and resolve product-related inquiries. * **Product Dispatch:** Handle bread hygienically, package orders correctly, and deliver them accurately. * **Product Arrangement and Display:** Keep display cases fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing. * **Product Rotation:** Apply the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system to ensure that the bread offered for sale is always the freshest. * **Order Taking:** Accurately record special orders or customer requests for subsequent delivery. * **Area Cleaning:** Maintain optimal hygiene conditions for the workstation and utensils.
