AB Test Solutions’ clients include leading manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Lighting, and Home Appliance industries. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The position involves developing complete test systems—from electrical and software design through manufacturing oversight, debugging, documentation, and commissioning with the end customer—including training on system functionality. **REQUIREMENTS** * Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering degree. * Willingness to travel. * Intermediate to advanced English (conversational). **EXPERIENCE** * Project management experience. * Proficiency in creating electrical diagrams using SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN Electric, or AutoCAD. * Minimum 2 years of application development experience in LabVIEW and/or TestStand. * Experience with National Instruments data acquisition systems (cDAQ, cRIO, PXI). * CLAD (Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer). **REQUIRED** * CLD (Certified LabVIEW Developer). **PREFERRED** * PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) software development: Allen Bradley, Siemens, OMRON, Mitsubishi. **MANDATORY** * Experience with communication protocols: Serial, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Profinet, Profibus. * Familiarity with vision systems: Keyence and Cognex. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare project scope documentation. * Prioritize project tasks independently. * Meet agreed-upon delivery deadlines with the end customer. * Design electrical diagrams. * Develop PLC-based software. * Collaborate with the Mechanical Engineering department on designing fixtures required for the test system. * Integrate electrical, mechanical, and software components. * Perform full debugging of the test system. * Develop system documentation (electrical and software). * Install and commission the test system with the end customer. * Train the end customer.
