Industrial Cafeterias is seeking growth for an "**Industrial Cafeteria Chef**" **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of food handling processes and Food Safety and Hygiene. * Dynamic and proactive attitude. * Leadership competencies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review the menu to be served at the unit one day in advance, ensuring all raw materials required for preparation are available. * Supervise raw material preparation in cold kitchen, hot kitchen, and bakery areas. * Review the daily production schedule. * Train employees; plan, assign, and direct work. * Estimate product consumption and request purchase of necessary items. * Verify service line temperatures according to the menu (hot and cold lines). * Optimize raw materials to ensure yield and minimize waste. * Plan and supervise breakfasts, lunches, and special events. **BENEFITS OFFERED:** * Weekly net salary * Statutory benefits * Complimentary uniform * Free cafeteria service Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $16,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Experience: * Unit Chef: 3 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
