We are currently seeking a **PAYROLL ADVISOR**. **What do you need?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * More than 2 years of experience. * Knowledge of: Accounting, Incident Information Analysis, Severance Calculations, IMSS. * Positive and optimistic attitude, ability to work under pressure, and strong verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in OFFICE, INTERMEDIATE EXCEL, SUA, IDSE is mandatory. * Willingness to travel occasionally. **What will you do with us?** * Validate incidents. * Perform severance calculations. * Record affiliation-related accounting entries. **What do we offer?** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Saturdays, 08:00–13:30 hrs. * Gross monthly salary of $19,000\. * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, official holidays, IMSS). * Direct employment contract with the company. * Partnerships in healthcare, education, and entertainment sectors.
