We seek a strategic, creative, and highly organized individual to help us **execute, coordinate, and monitor marketing strategies**, aligned with the company’s and its brands’ growth objectives. Position Objective: Plan, coordinate, and execute the company’s marketing strategies, ensuring accurate brand communication, campaign tracking, vendor management, and direct support for business objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and comprehensively monitor marketing, communications, and content-generation projects across the company’s various brands and business units. * Plan, organize, and ensure proper execution of schedules, logistics, production, and publication of content (digital and audiovisual), guaranteeing timely and high-quality deliverables. * Manage relationships with communications agencies and external vendors, including reviewing and validating content calendars, schedules, creative assets, and graphic materials. * Supervise and approve visual, audiovisual, and written content, ensuring strategic consistency, visual quality, and alignment with brand guidelines. * Coordinate communication and alignment among different departments, brands, business units, and corporate branches. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise events, activations, conferences, and special projects, ensuring proper production, communications, and follow-up. * Verify that all marketing campaigns and initiatives maintain visual and strategic alignment across the company’s various brands. * Prepare reports, performance analyses, and proposals for continuous improvement to optimize campaign and strategy effectiveness. * Serve as a strategic liaison between Executive Management, Corporate, and operational departments, ensuring timely follow-up on priorities and projects. * Coordinate and supervise the internal marketing team and external vendors through **collaborative, respectful, and empathetic leadership**, fostering a healthy work environment, open communication, professional conduct, and results-oriented focus. * Provide clear, timely, and constructive feedback, promoting team development, continuous improvement, and objective achievement without authoritarian practices.
