




Position Summary: We are seeking a Live Content Producer for TikTok to design and coordinate live broadcast and pre-recorded content strategies, driving engagement and monetization. Key Highlights: 1. Designing and coordinating content for TikTok Live and TikTok Shop. 2. Leading engagement and monetization strategies on digital platforms. 3. Developing innovative magazine-style formats for live broadcasts. **Fission Studio** is an international digital marketing agency with offices in Colombia, Argentina, Los Angeles, and CDMX. We work directly with TikTok Shop and TikTok Live, developing high-impact strategies for live broadcasts and digital commerce. **What we expect from the talent leading this area:** Design, coordinate, and produce live and pre-recorded content for TikTok Live using television-inspired magazine-style formats, integrating influencers and content creators. The goal is to generate dynamic, entertaining, and strategic broadcasts that drive engagement, audience growth, and monetization within the platform. **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience in **television production** (producer, coordinator, or production assistant). (Verifiable) * Experience in **digital content creation or social media**. * Interest in transitioning from traditional to digital production. * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, Digital Media, or related field. **Knowledge:** * Television and audiovisual narrative production. * Magazine-style, talk show, or entertainment program formats. * Dynamics of live broadcasting. * TikTok content trends. * Social media engagement strategies. * Basic understanding of social media metrics. **Responsibilities:** * Design the **creative concept and live broadcast format**, modeled after magazine-style TV programs, for TikTok. * Coordinate and direct **influencer or host teams** during live broadcasts. * Create **interactive dynamics, segments, and content**, adapted to social media formats. * Supervise **weekly live broadcast content planning**. * Support **influencer training and development** to enhance on-camera presence. * Coordinate the production team (moderators, assistants, technical staff). * Supervise the **visual quality, narrative flow, and dynamics of broadcasts**. * Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, gifts, retention). * Propose new strategies to **increase audience and monetization on TikTok Live**. * Maintain the spontaneous essence of social media while integrating professional television production structure. **Operational Functions:** * Developing **live broadcast scripts** (topics, dynamics, interaction). * Coordinating broadcast schedules with influencers. * Supporting light scripting or content structuring for each live session. * Supervising the recording set or broadcast space. * Organizing challenges, games, interviews, or interactive dynamics within live sessions. * Tracking TikTok content trends. **Benefits:** Base salary \+ bonuses Statutory benefits Cafeteria service For more information, please send your updated CV and portfolio to: ariana.f@fissiongroup.com Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $50,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Remote work Work location: On-site employment
