Summary: As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will define and execute strategic priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity within Google Cloud. Highlights: 1. Only applications of candidates with Mexican citizenship will be evaluated for this role in compliance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Federal Labor Law. ### **Minimum qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 6 years of experience in go\-to\-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management. * Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting. * Experience working with executive\-level clients or stakeholders. * Experience with data analysis, generating data\-driven insights to influence decision\-making. ### **Preferred qualifications:** * MBA or other relevant advanced degree. * Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management. * Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reports and presentations by audiences, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies. * Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results. * Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape. **About the job** ----------------- The Google Cloud Go\-to\-Market Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.
