Provide accompaniment, support, and follow-up to the field sales team, ensuring the proper execution of commercial strategies, service standardization, and appropriate representation of the company’s various brands. Responsibilities * Accompany route sales representatives daily for order taking. * Support activations, product launches, and training at points of sale. * Document incidents and generate visit reports with supporting evidence. * Ability to analyze metrics and generate reports. * Knowledge of merchandising, sales techniques, and management of multiple portfolios. Requirements * Completed or incomplete high school education. * 1–3 years of experience in field sales, promotion, trade marketing, or supervision. * Proficiency in using smartphones. * Availability to travel assigned routes and work in the field.
