A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**About the role** * Active participation in real production and operations processes. * Development in **compliance, standardization, and documentation** of key processes (cleaning, safety, and operations). * Practical experience in **recording, controlling, and tracking** operational activities. * Training on management systems and applicable internal/external regulations for manufacturing. * Opportunity to collaborate with operations, quality, safety, and engineering teams. * Ongoing mentorship and potential to progress into future roles in production, quality, or process engineering. **Key responsibilities** * Support the **implementation, monitoring, and improvement** of standardized cleaning, safety, and operations processes. * Record and ensure traceability of production activities in established systems and formats. * Participate in internal training sessions and assist in developing training materials. * Review, organize, and maintain up-to-date operational and compliance documentation. * Monitor adherence to procedures and report deviations or areas for improvement. * Collaborate in internal audits and process verification activities. * Perform basic operational tasks at the plant under supervision. * Provide support to the production and engineering teams in assigned tasks. **Qualifications and skills** * Final-year student in: Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Production, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields. * General knowledge of production processes and basic safety and hygiene regulations. * University capable of issuing an internship letter. * Completion of studies after September 2026. * Valid insurance (SGGM family plan or IMSS). * Interest in operational processes, standardization, and compliance. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and appreciation for documentation. * Ability to follow procedures and identify improvements. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn on-site. * Ability to work with multiple teams and receive feedback. * English proficiency at reading level for technical documentation
