Responsibilities: 1\. Project Development: Design and develop architectural projects, from conceptualization through final presentation. 2\. 3D Modeling and Rendering: Create photorealistic 3D models and renders to present projects to clients. 3\. Team Collaboration: Work with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to ensure project feasibility and execution. 4\. Project Presentations: Present projects to clients, explaining concepts and technical details. 5\. Research and Development: Research new technologies and trends in architecture and 3D visualization. Required Skills: 1\. Architecture Knowledge: Degree in Architecture or related field. 2\. Software Proficiency: Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V\-Ray, Lumion, etc. 3\. Design Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to visualize spaces. 4\. Effective Communication: Ability to present ideas and projects to clients and teams. 5\. Teamwork: Capacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Experience Level: 1\-3 years of experience in architectural design and 3D visualization. Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
