Experience in strategy and focus on loyalty programs with customer management, reinforcing loyalty, project handling and administration, billing, basic knowledge of photographic composition, and copywriting. Intermediate to advanced English (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, basic photographic production, and POP material production. Excellent spelling. Responsibilities: Execute internal incentive strategy for hotels Continuously train front office teams to increase membership in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program Consistently ensure proper understanding of the Loyalty Program and its importance as a business generator, as well as its processes, through ongoing training and evaluation Ensure Marriott Bonvoy materials comply with established standards to maintain program branding Provide progress feedback on regional objectives Coordinate photo sessions Support advertising and communication activities with hotels We Offer: Monthly salary with 100% social security contributions.
