WHAT WILL YOU DO? \- Operate the assigned station (grill, roasting, assembly, cold prep, or prep) following our recipes and standards. \- Support your colleagues once you complete your tasks — no one leaves alone here. \- Adhere strictly to portion sizes, timing, and temperatures as defined. \- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready throughout your shift. \- Report equipment failures, shortages, or deviations without concealing them. \- Learn all kitchen stations over time. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? \- Minimum 1 year of verifiable restaurant kitchen experience. \- Proficiency in at least 2 stations (grill, roasting, assembly, cold prep, or prep). \- Proper food hygiene handling. \- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. \- Responsibility, initiative, and teamwork attitude — non-negotiable. \- Complete documentation: INE, CURP, proof of address, birth certificate, tax registration certificate, and bank account statement.
