Personalized attention and solutions for Apple users ### **At MacStore, Apple's #1 distributor, we are looking for:** ### **Computer and Telephony Equipment Repair Technician for the branch: MACSTORE NAPOLES** **Profile:** * Completed high school education / technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephony repair. * Passion for customer service and attention. * Residence near the work location. **Responsibilities:** * Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. * Deliver personalized attention and solutions. * Track completed services. * Promote and sell additional services. * Meet performance metrics and indicators. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $9,900.00 MXN (gross). * Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. * Benefits and perks exceeding legal requirements. * Monthly food voucher. * Profit-sharing (approximately three months' worth). * Salary increase at the fourth month. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Punctuality bonus. * Commissions ranging from 9% to 20% of the total amount for services performed. * Bonus for achieving performance indicators. * 100% IMSS contributions. * Direct, indefinite-term employment. * Professional stability and development. * Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
