We are looking for a **Junior Central and Desktop Computing Engineer** to join our **Infrastructure, Voice, and Data** department, with passion for technology and a problem-solving focus. **Position Objective** ----------------------- To provide comprehensive technical support to users across all company departments regarding hardware, software, and infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity and alignment with organizational objectives. **Responsibilities** --------------------- As part of the **Infrastructure, Voice, and Data** department, you will be responsible for: ### **Infrastructure and Servers** * Network File System (NFS) configuration. * Scheduled task configuration. * Operating system updates. * Firewall configuration (ports, IP addresses, rules, etc.). * User management and administration. * Shared file configuration and administration. * Shell script handling. * Service controller administration. * Layer 7 protocol management (HTTP, SFTP, SSH, TELNET, RDP, etc.). * Virtual server creation and network segmentation. * Physical and virtual server administration. * Storage system management (SAN, NAS). * Server operating system administration (Windows Server, Linux, iOS, among others). ### **Monitoring and Virtualization** * Monitoring platform administration (PRTG, SysMonitor, Networking Monitor, among others). * Virtualization platform handling (VMware, Hyper\-V, among others). * Data backup and recovery. * Cloud service administration (Cloud, Microsoft 365, among others). ### **Technical Support and Endpoints** * Support for various desktop and laptop brands and platforms. * Client operating system administration (Windows 10/11, macOS). * Office software, web browser, and email support. * Peripheral configuration and maintenance (printers, scanners, keyboards, mice). * End-user technical support. * Collaboration tool handling (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet). * Endpoint security (antivirus, group policies, etc.). * Device management and administration. * Active Directory administration. * Backup administration and execution of disaster recovery plans (DRP and BCP). **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical support and infrastructure. * Solid knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and user support. * Problem-solving orientation and service-oriented attitude. **We Offer** ------------- ✨ Competitive salary commensurate with experience ✨ **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** ✨ Cafeteria service ✨ Aesthetic services ✨ Genuine opportunities for professional growth and development ✨ Job stability ✨ Excellent working environment
