Opportunity to lead a technical pattern-making team **Pattern-Making Manager** **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Pattern-Making, or related field (**mandatory**). * Proficiency in **Gerber AccuMark** (**mandatory**). * Minimum 10 years of industrial pattern-making experience in mass production. * Experience developing **multi-style** garments (**mandatory**). * Experience with high-usage garments (uniforms, industrial, corporate, or similar). * Experience leading teams or projects. * Hands\-on profile, with both strategic and operational capabilities. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the pattern-making department and coordinate the technical team. * Actively participate in the creation of patterns, grading, and adjustments in **Gerber AccuMark**. * Develop and supervise multiple garment styles, ensuring consistency in fit and quality. * Ensure accurate interpretation of design for production, guaranteeing functionality and technical feasibility. * Supervise and validate fittings, wear tests, and model approvals. * Optimize material consumption, development timelines, and departmental processes. * Collaborate closely with design, sample-making, and production teams. * Drive process improvements and standardization. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (open to negotiation based on experience). * Financial relocation support for the first month (in case of residential relocation). * Opportunity to lead a key area within the organization. * Job stability and professional development.
