**Description** **Maintenance Technical Leader** **Profile:*** Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related field. * Experience: Minimum 4 years as a technical leader in the maintenance area, preferably in the automotive industry. * Availability to work rotating shifts across 3 shifts. **Main responsibilities:*** Execute preventive, corrective, autonomous and predictive maintenance activities required for the proper operation of production machinery and building equipment. * Perform adjustments, calibrations, assembly and installation of components and machinery. * Comply with and optimize maintenance programs according to established schedules. * Provide technical advice and training to equipment operators. * Manage documentation for maintenance orders and supervise production line personnel. * Conduct manufacturing system audits and production summaries. * Ensure compliance with assigned line Kanban or production scheduling. * Comply with and implement Quality, Safety and Environmental policies. * Implement Continuous Improvement in assigned production lines. **Mandatory experience in:*** In-depth knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electronics, PLCs, Automation, blueprint interpretation, and reading of electrical and hydraulic diagrams. **Competencies:** Verbal and written communication skills.
