




**Description** A company dedicated to the logistics and transportation sector is seeking a commercial assistant with experience in the transportation industry. **Job Requirements** 1–2 years of experience in the commercial area focused on national and international transportation. Bachelor’s degree in international trade, international relations, business administration, logistics and transportation engineering, or related fields. Solid knowledge of sales, logistics, and administration. Ability to develop teamwork and conduct commercial negotiations; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving ability. **Job Responsibilities** * Shipment dispatches * Preparation of weekly sales reports * Sending invoices with supporting documentation to clients * Contacting clients to obtain shipment information * Sending account statements * Collection from delinquent clients * Prospecting and scheduling client meetings * Preparing commercial proposals * Preparing reports for management * Quotations with suppliers **We Offer:** ·· Base Salary: $13,000 monthly. ·· Statutory Benefits. ·· Work Location: West Plaza Park, San Juan de Ocotán. ·· Working Hours (Mon–Fri): 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays occasionally. * Interested candidates should apply through this channel—join our team!
