JOIN OUR TEAM! **Training Analyst** **Productos Lácteos Tocumbo S.A. de C.V.** We are seeking talent eager to grow in the Human Resources area and contribute to the development of our team. **Requirements** * Age: 25 to 45 years old * Valid driver's license (standard vehicle operation) * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Experience in training * Knowledge of recruitment * Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Excellent spelling and writing skills * Familiarity with the SIRCE system (mandatory) **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement the Training Needs Diagnosis (DNC) * Design training programs according to job profiles and departments * Coordinate logistics for courses and workshops * Deliver onboarding and training sessions * Administer e\-learning platforms * Monitor registrations and attendance * Evaluate training impact using performance indicators * Research trends to innovate internal training programs * Collaborate with department leaders to align strategic objectives * Ensure compliance with labor regulations regarding training * Manage the university internship program * Provide general support to the Human Resources department We offer * Salary: $11,000 MXN, negotiable based on qualifications and experience. * Statutory benefits **Work location:** San Andrés Chiautla, State of Mexico, ZIP Code 56030, opposite the Chiautla Sports Complex.
