As a Recruitment Analyst, your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, from job vacancy posting to final candidate selection. You will collaborate with departmental teams to understand their needs and design effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing detailed information about employment opportunities and managing all stages of the hiring process. A solid understanding of the labor market and recruitment trends, as well as advanced communication and negotiation skills, are required.
