Responsibilities * Direct and personalized guest service. * Check-in and check-out. * Coordination of guest requests, services, and local recommendations. * Reservation follow-up and communication with other operational departments. * Basic supervision of common areas and guest experience. * Recording of operational incidents. * Use of reservation systems such as Little Hotelier and Cloudbeds. Requirements * Experience in front desk, concierge, or customer service (preferred). * Excellent service attitude and professional appearance. * Conversational English (mandatory). * Problem-solving ability and teamwork skills. * Immediate availability.
