Join us as a **Project Assistant** to perform metric analysis and design business presentations on results and objectives achieved for our most important clients. *We are looking for:* **1\)** Experience as a commercial assistant and/or involvement in the entire customer service process. **2\)** Experience as a general management assistant handling invoice tracking and accounts payable. **3\)** Experience as an administrative assistant managing Excel databases, pivot tables, filters, and preparing weekly and monthly expense reports. **4\)** Support for key clients. *Your Qualifications:* **a)** Education: International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **b)** Advanced Excel proficiency. **c)** Intermediate English. **d)** One year of experience in similar roles. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage the installed customer base. * Understand and engage in the full customer service cycle. * Attend client meetings to support deal closures. * Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to external and internal clients to communicate achieved results. * Analyze data to align with proposals. *What We Offer:* * Salary: MXN 15,000\.00 \- MXN 17,000\.00 gross per month, plus bonuses. * Statutory benefits and additional benefits upon completion of the probation period. * Performance-based career growth within the organization. * On-site work at Reforma, near the Angel of Independence.
