Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Creative to transform ideas into memorable brand experiences and events, developing concepts, storytelling, and activations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transform ideas into memorable brand experiences and events. 2. Develop creative concepts for events and brand activations. 3. Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions. At Madison, we seek a **Senior Creative** who transforms ideas into **memorable brand experiences and events**—a creative mind capable of turning a brief into **concepts, storytelling, and activations** that emotionally connect with audiences. **What will you do?** * Develop **creative concepts for events, brand activations, and brand experiences**. * Create **strategic proposals and presentations** based on client briefs. * Research **trends and references** to enrich ideas. * Participate in and lead **brainstorming sessions**. * Present **creative concepts to clients** and collaborate with account and production teams to bring them to life. **We are looking for someone with:** * \+3 years of experience at **BTL or events/brand experience agencies**. * Experience conceptualizing **events, brand activations, and brand experiences**. * A **creative portfolio** featuring developed campaigns or experiences. * Skills in **storytelling, conceptualization, and creative writing**. * Strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Work Location:** Letrán Valle, Benito Juárez (5-minute walk from División del Norte metro station) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, in-office, 10:00–19:00 hrs **If interested, please send your CV to talent@madison.mx or apply through this platform.** *At Madison, we value your talent and therefore do not discriminate based on race, religion, health condition, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, nationality, disability, or any other circumstance.* *We also oppose forced or child labor.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
