Join the Vinte team as: Procurement Assistant. · Job Objective: Support the execution processes of the construction project for the urban housing development. Job Responsibilities: Prepare work orders for missing scope or unaccounted-for construction processes related to the urban housing development project. Verify contractors’ work across various construction phases. Prepare purchase requisitions, cost estimates, and material consumption vouchers. Track material procurement, manage requests, and verify on-site delivery for each construction phase. Prepare completed housing units for handover to the after-sales department. Support logistics for INFONAVIT site visits and tours to align construction processes. Support compliance with civil protection, safety, and hygiene regulations on site, as well as all requirements stipulated by relevant authorities. Conduct weekly site inspections to monitor construction progress.
