Description

Job Objective Detect and analyze cybersecurity events and compliance issues. Execute initial incident response actions. Implement containment measures for incidents. Responsible for the full lifecycle of incidents, changes, and service orders. Receive and validate information regarding new services. Document operational manuals and playbooks as required by the SOC. Identify improvements in alerting to reduce false positives. Support awareness initiatives, courses/training, and certifications. Meet committed and established SLAs with clients. Comply with management system processes. Support audits as required by clients. Key Responsibilities SOC operations, IT monitoring, and network monitoring. Candidate Profile Knowledge of: Networking, operating systems (Linux and Windows), information security, web applications and infrastructure, devices.
