




Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional to assist with troubleshooting, report automation, and the development of interactive dashboards. Key Highlights: 1. Designing interactive dashboards and implementing automated alerts EDUCATION: High school diploma in Systems or related field EXPERIENCE: Systems, 6 months Technical English reading proficiency: 60% Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM; Saturdays OBJECTIVE: To support operational and administrative staff in troubleshooting and in performing specific job-related tasks. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE * Proficiency in Excel for macro development and in Power BI * Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication (verbal and written) * Teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability to technological change * Proactivity and service-oriented attitude RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions. * Use tools such as Power BI, Excel, Python, or Power Automate to generate dynamic and updatable reports. * Connect databases and spreadsheets. * Design interactive dashboards for operational analysis. * Implement automated alerts for critical deviations. * Configure workflows to notify the team of risks or non-compliances in real time.
