We provide customized construction solutions, including project management, project monitoring, technical due diligence, quantity surveying, and feasibility studies. **Professional Opportunity** *We are seeking to hire a* ***SHE SUPERVISOR*** *for an earthworks and pedestrian bridge project in Mexico City.* **Required Profile** * Industrial Engineer or related discipline, with experience in supervising and managing safety in industrial construction processes. * Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising construction projects for industrial facilities, with strong knowledge of safety guidelines. * Experience with public works safety regulations. * Experience in civil engineering projects. ***Airport-related Safety Management System experience will be especially valued.*** *This is a fixed-term project lasting 4 months, with potential continuation into a second phase.* **Key Responsibilities** * Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement mitigation measures across all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Management System objectives and applicable regulations. * Ensure implementation of all emergency plan-related activities and tasks. * Be accountable for assigned tools and equipment used to perform duties. * Monitor activities stemming from the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Coordinate advisory services and activities with the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Provider (ARL), ensuring full compliance with its responsibilities under existing legislation. * Conduct site safety orientations for contractors—project-based, monthly, weekly, and daily. * Initiate or suspend activities that may lead to occupational accidents. * Support the Project Manager in implementing the Safe Work Action Plan for Hazard Assessment. * Daily site access checks: drug- and alcohol-free. * Generate monthly, weekly, and daily safety reports. * Conduct and complete investigations of accidents and incidents. * Deliver targeted training to contractors, as well as on-site safety regulation training. * Verify strict adherence to safety standards for critical work activities, including: o Working at heights o Handling hazardous materials o Confined space operations o Handling compressed gases * Verify each contractor’s compliance with Social Security (IMSS) requirements—including IMSS contribution payments, worker registration, and worker enrollment. * Verify correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Confirm that each contractor employs the required number of safety supervisors. * Ensure safety of Top Management’s surveying personnel assigned to the project. * Monitor and enforce the client’s Safety Management System security protocols. * Prepare reports, work permits, and risk assessments for Top Management’s surveying personnel activities. * Administer legal safety and hygiene requirements applicable to Top Management personnel assigned to the project. * Monitor maneuvers, actions, and other activities performed by Top Management’s surveying team to prevent incidents and accidents. * Jointly plan high-risk maneuvers with the client’s internal safety team. * Attend follow-up and progress meetings requested by the company and client. * Maintain full availability to deliver on-site safety supervision services alongside Top Management’s surveying team. * Execute administrative procedures mandated by the client. * Compile an internal safety file containing documentation supporting all issued work permits. * Produce photographic and documentary records of all work carried out by Top Management’s surveying team. * Issue safety recommendations for lifting maneuvers or activities based on observation and task planning. * Report any deviations or findings identified on the project to the Project Manager. **Compensation Offer** * Monthly salary ranging from MXN $20,000 to $25,000 (net), commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits **Why Join Us?** · Competitive compensation and stable project assignment within a growing multinational corporation. · This role targets a mid-level engineer capable of managing a project across all phases of the construction process. · Join a young, multicultural, multidisciplinary, and highly versatile team always ready to share experiences and foster both professional and personal growth. *Top Management is a corporate entity proudly committed to an equal opportunity policy across all recruitment processes.
