




* **Coordination and Scheduling:** Organizes and assigns tasks to security personnel, establishes schedules, and ensures adequate service coverage. * **Site Visits and Validation:** Conducts visits to workstations to verify service compliance, perimeter security, and proper functioning of equipment. * **Performance Evaluation:** Assesses adherence to security standards and instructions, identifies training needs, and provides feedback to staff. * **Incident Investigation:** Investigates and analyzes security incidents, reviews records, and, when necessary, takes photographs or analyzes video footage to document events. * **Risk Identification:** Identifies unsafe acts and conditions at monitored locations to prevent risks and propose improvements to security systems. * **Induction and Training:** Provides onboarding for new personnel and delivers ongoing training to enhance team skills in operational procedures and emergency response. * **Staff Guidance:** Instructs staff on job functions, company policies, security frameworks, and service methodologies. * **Report Preparation:** Generates detailed reports on activities, incidents, and overall security service management. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Collaborates with other company departments and authorities to ensure an integrated security strategy. * **Client Relations:** Maintains positive client relationships by keeping them informed of developments and ensuring their satisfaction with the service.
