Our client is a company dedicated to the design and construction of industrial projects, with extensive experience in turnkey construction of industrial and logistics buildings, refrigerated and temperature-controlled warehouses. **POSITION** We are looking for a **project leader with advanced English** responsible for leading an industrial building construction project in **Orizaba**, Veracruz. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Direct client communication. * Contract management. * Project management and team deployment. * Bidding and procurement preparation. * Construction planning and schedule monitoring. * Technical coordination and supervision of the worksite. * Management of site meetings and relations with subcontractors. * Monitoring overall financial management of the project. **PROFILE** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * **4 years of experience in site management and 2 years as project leader.** * 2 years of experience in **industrial/logistics construction.** * **Bilingual English essential.** **COMPETENCIES** * Problem-solving skills, decision-making ability. * Fast decision-making. * Leadership capability. * Responsible and organized. * Excellent communication skills.
