General Accounting Analyst **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Experience with ERP systems and vendor management platforms. * 100% on-site availability **Required Skills:** * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Teamwork **Main Responsibilities:** * Record various business transactions in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, guaranteeing proper classification and analysis of each transaction. * Perform reconciliations of assigned accounting accounts, managing reconciling entries until clarification is achieved in coordination with responsible departments. * Prepare defined bank reconciliations for execution. * Prepare reports such as balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, providing clear and reliable information for decision-making. * Prepare, verify, and provide necessary information to meet tax obligations as requested by the responsible department. * Manage the recording, depreciation, and reconciliation of fixed assets and liabilities, maintaining an accurate view of the company's assets and obligations. * Support internal and external audits **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Additional benefits Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
