





**Position:** Training Analyst. **Why your role is important:** Because learning drives growth, and growth drives everything else. As a **Training Analyst**, you will transform knowledge into action: you'll help every new employee understand the essence of our cooperative, and support teams in their professional development, ensuring each person has the tools needed to deliver their best performance. Your work directly impacts the well-being, satisfaction, and performance of our employees, which translates into better service for our members. **Key responsibilities:** * Deliver and coordinate **inductions**, ensuring training aligns with the culture, mission, and objectives of the cooperative. * Ensure **regulatory compliance** with STPS by preparing and issuing **DC3** certificates. * Plan and coordinate training logistics (manuals, invitations, evaluations, materials, coffee breaks, etc.). * Administer theoretical and practical assessments to measure learning retention and effectiveness. * Research and register external training; coordinate employee participation in events and courses. * Communicate and promote the **training offerings** in advance. * Ensure transparent and objective processes in **internal transfers and promotions**, guaranteeing growth opportunities for those who demonstrate talent. * Preparation of **DNC**. ### **What we are looking for:** * **Professional background** in Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience** delivering training or coordinating training processes (preferably in the financial sector). * Knowledge of **STPS regulations (DC3\)** and preparation of training reports. * Excellent communication, organizational, and empathy skills. * Budget management and vendor negotiation experience. * Proficiency with tools such as Zoom and Teams, and LMS platforms. * Ability to drive a standard vehicle. ### **We offer:** * **Biweekly salary $5,250** * **Monthly grocery vouchers.** * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus (45 days). * **Life insurance.** * **Performance bonuses.** * **Additional Paid Days Off:** 2 days per year with pay (in addition to vacation). * **Payroll loans and advances.** * **Birthday day off.** * **Continuous training** and growth opportunities. ### **Work schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ### **Want to join our team?** Apply through this channel.
