Personalized customer follow-up and service. Customer and supplier communication via telephone and email. Ensuring continuous reporting of customer vehicle status and location. Vehicle expense control. Trip documentation. Vehicle tracking log. **KNOWLEDGE:** Microsoft Office Suite. Carta Porte (Mexican transport document) and its addenda.
