Under the supervision of the Procurement Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting procurement and supply activities, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in purchase order management, from requisition through tracking and product receipt. 2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms. 3. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product shipments. 4. Maintain accurate inventory records and report any shortages or surpluses to the operations team. 5. Participate in resolving issues related to procurement and inventory. Requirements: 1. Prior experience as a Purchasing Assistant or in similar roles. 2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 3. Strong negotiation and teamwork abilities. 4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 5.
