REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed high school (verifiable). * 1 year of verifiable experience in sales, customer service, preferably intangible products or financial services: loans, investment funds, payroll portability, Afores, etc. * Customer service skills * Flexible schedule and willingness to work rotating shifts * Strong communication skills * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with days off during the week. * Gender: Indifferent MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve customers at the bank branch and promote various products such as savings accounts, investments, Afores, payroll portability, cash loans, and insurance, to build long-term relationships. * Promote cross-selling. * Ensure proper implementation and execution of acquisition strategies for insurance, Afores, and payroll services. * Promote products outside the point of sale. * Conduct telephone prospecting. * Approach customers on the sales floor.
