Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll preparation, disbursement, and filings with government agencies such as IMSS and FONACOT, as well as to address employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages weekly and biweekly payroll processing, ensuring timely payments. 2. Handles IMSS, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT filings and transactions. 3. Provides direct employee support regarding payroll payments and deductions. TRANSCOOLER REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT COMPANY IS SEEKING PAYROLL ANALYST * Preparation of weekly and biweekly payrolls * Timely payroll disbursement * Filings with IMSS and FONACOT * IMSS and INFONAVIT registration certificates * FONACOT registration certificate * Occupational Risk Premium declaration * Requesting extensions and preparing partial payments * Calculation of the 3% contribution on payroll * Requesting payroll incidents from departments * SUA and FONACOT control * Management of IDSE, SIPARE, FONACOT, and FONACOT * Providing respectful and professional support for employee questions related to payroll payments, general deductions, bonuses, etc. * Sending worker registration certificates (hires, terminations, salary modifications) to requesting departments immediately upon completion * Preparing final settlements and severance packages accurately and on time, per authorization from General Management and involved departments * Requesting funding for weekly and biweekly payrolls and severance payments * Managing and controlling the savings fund and its loans * Weekly reporting of driver account balances * Recording charge memos WORK LOCATION: TULTITLÁN, IN FRONT OF BUENAVISTA STATION OF THE MEXIBUS INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY APPLY THROUGH THIS PLATFORM OR SEND THEIR CV TO **5579667038** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
