




**JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CREDIT COORDINATOR!** In this position, you will be **responsible for credit promotion and recovery**, working closely with our clients and handling key documents for credit processing. You will also **lead a team**, guiding your staff to achieve company goals. **What do we offer?** **At start** * Initial gross monthly salary: $9,279.00 (for the first 3 months). * Transportation allowance: $1,373.00 monthly for the first 3 months. * Initial total net monthly (including transportation allowance): $9,535.00 in weekly payments of $2,225.00. * Cell phone with $200 monthly airtime. **After 3 months:** * Gross monthly salary: $10,660.00 * Transportation allowance: $2,060.00 monthly * Total net monthly: $11,229.00 in weekly payments of $2,620.00. * Grocery vouchers: $750 monthly after 3 months. **Additionally:** * Productivity bonus and incentive scheme for meeting targets. * Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Christmas bonus, Profit sharing, Double savings fund. * Vacation and additional days off for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or birth of children. * Official holidays and CNBV holidays. **Job characteristics** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays according to productivity from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 80% field work and 20% office work. * Teamwork and direct contact with our clients. **Responsibilities** * Promotion and canvassing to acquire new clients. * Processing credit applications and analyzing information. * Recovery of granted credits. * Home visits for client follow-up. * Coaching and monitoring activities of your team. * Team leadership: guide your team toward achieving results. **What are we looking for in a candidate?** * Completed high school (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience managing groups or personnel. * Availability to travel for 5 weeks for training (expenses paid: lodging, transportation, and meals).
