Logical-mathematical skills. **Knowledge** Lean Six Sigma Technological tools such as Auto-CAD (or technical drawing software) **Requirements** \- Understand the productive operations of all areas. \- Conduct time and motion studies at workstations. \- Generate and keep updated flowcharts of production and production-related administrative processes. \- Create logs to be filled out by operators and area supervisors. \- Establish metrics and KPIs for each production activity. \- Establish processes and procedures that ensure productivity without affecting product quality. \- Develop production manuals for each production area and workstation, taking into account machinery constraints. \- Assist in developing an operator training program. \- Balance production lines based on time and motion studies. \- Determine appropriate machinery to improve quality and efficiency of production lines. \- Design production line layouts. \- Determine labor costs and line efficiency. \- Continuously seek process improvement in production. \- Train operators to ensure correct execution of line balancing. \- Hold weekly meetings with production control supervisors and area managers to receive feedback from production lines and pursue continuous improvement. \- Present reports to operations management on production efficiency. \- Present reports to operations management on production line delays.
