




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to lead the operational team, supervise activities, and foster a collaborative environment, ensuring performance and continuous improvement. Implementation of improvements based on KPIs. **SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER** WE ARE HIRING A TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR **Requirements** * Minimum Education: Technical degree Requirements: * Education: Incomplete Engineering degree or student currently pursuing a degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields (Systems and/or Administration). * Coordinate and supervise operational staff activities. * Evaluate operational staff performance and take corrective actions when necessary. KPI Monitoring: * Generate periodic reports on performance and goal achievement. * Implement continuous improvements based on KPI results. Team Leadership: * Supervise and coordinate operational staff activities. * Provide continuous training and development to the technical team. * Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment. * Repair of electronic devices, displays, mobile phones, and white goods. * Corrective and preventive maintenance. * Availability for fieldwork in CDMX. We offer: * Base monthly salary + PSL * Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 8:00–14:00 hrs. * Life insurance * Bonuses and incentives * Continuous training Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
