**REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in a related field. Gender: Indifferent. 6 months of experience in logistics or warehouse (internships count). Proficient use of Excel. Knowledge of inventory management is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in tracking product shipping guides via freight carriers, courier services, or company-owned routes to identify the correct delivery date. * Participate in raw materials warehouse inventory counts. * Assist in product shipment (physical count vs. invoice). * Daily input into the ERP system of receipts, shipments, movements, updates, etc. * Assist in general administrative tasks within the department (filing, expense verification, purchase orders, etc.). * Participate in month-end closing activities. **WE OFFER:** - Monthly salary ranging from $10,500 to $12,800. - Weekly payroll. - Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, **Monday to Friday** *(weekends off: Saturday and Sunday).* - Monthly food vouchers worth $1,100. - Statutory benefits. - Eyewear provider agreement for you and your family members. - Educational scholarships for you and your family members (English, computer skills, undergraduate degrees).
