Job Description and Responsibilities * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD design and operation. * Participation in action plans focused on implementing new projects. * Supervision of proper operation during production line implementation, working directly with supervisors and engineers, and performing necessary routine management tasks. * Creation and updating of work instructions and related documentation; implementation of engineering changes; design of specialized tools; and supervision of production line development. New Product Development PAPP (Metal-Mechanical) * Fixture design. * Production line development. * Line balancing. * Kaizen tools. Experience and Requirements * Bilingual. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in tooling and fixture design. * Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes. * Experience in metal-mechanical processes (welding, painting, finishing, and CNC). * Experience in developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods for new production lines. * Experience with continuous improvement tools. * CNC knowledge (mandatory). * Application of statistical methods to estimate manufacturing requirements. * Fixture design and validation. * Computer literacy, especially MS Project. * Leadership, management skills, and teamwork ability. * APQP and PPAP tools. * Proficiency in LEAN methodology, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD. * Measuring instruments. * Minimum 80% match with the stated profile is mandatory.
