Hotel Posada Loma, a hotel located in a privileged natural setting in Fortín de las Flores, Veracruz, is seeking an **General Manager** with experience and passion for hospitality to lead its overall operations. The hotel, recognized for its personalized attention, tranquil atmosphere, and breakfast restaurant, is looking for a person capable of enhancing the guest experience and optimizing business profitability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the hotel and restaurant's daily operations. * Coordinate and lead teams in reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration. * Design and implement customer service improvement strategies. * Manage budgets, control costs, and supervise income and expenses. * Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to increase occupancy. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards. * Represent the hotel to suppliers, local authorities, and customers. * Design training and development programs for staff. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the hotel or restaurant industry (preferably in boutique hotels). * Effective leadership and results-oriented mindset. * Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. * Knowledge of financial management and comprehensive hotel operations. * Intermediate to advanced English (desirable). * Local residence or willingness to relocate to Fortín de las Flores.
