Develop commercial strategies for new and used heavy-duty trucks. Ensure after-sales service quality and customer support. Lead, evaluate, and develop the work team (6 direct reports). Manage regulatory compliance, audits, and internal policies. Maintain relationships with corporate offices, suppliers, customers, and government agencies. **MAIN REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the **transportation, auto parts, or related industries.** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Economic-Administrative fields. Intermediate English proficiency. Minimum 2 years of experience managing labor relations with unions. Knowledge of the commercial vehicle market, SAP, and customer management. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** Leadership, planning, results orientation. Conflict resolution, ethics, proactivity, and collaborative work. Technical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, spare parts, and inventory management. **WORKING CONDITIONS** Salary: $50,000 monthly Bonuses, travel allowances, 20 days of Christmas bonus, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expenses Insurance, Savings Fund. Work schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM).
