Job Responsibilities: * Determine, supervise, and achieve assigned goals for each segment. * Monitor and supervise service quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical best practices. * Prospect and expand our commercial/industrial customer portfolio, providing personalized customer service. * Ensure smooth operations through strong relationships with customers, authorities/agencies, and unions. * Analyze route efficiency and generate administrative reports for the department. * Promptly address operational issues in Fortín and surrounding areas.
