As a **Branch Assistant Manager**, you will be a key figure in ensuring this heart beats strongly every day: you will drive teamwork, high-quality service, and operational excellence. Your leadership inspires, your guidance develops, and your decisions ensure every Member feels heard, attended to, and valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, train, and support the branch team to ensure comprehensive and warm service for Members. * Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and service and institutional image standards. * Support the **Branch Manager** in planning, executing, and monitoring commercial, operational, and service objectives. * Verify that facilities are maintained in optimal conditions: order, cleanliness, institutional image, and safety. * Promote a customer service culture based on respect, empathy, and efficiency. * Motivate the team to offer our full portfolio of products and services by applying cross-selling strategies, member retention, and reactivation. * Evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and recognize individual and team achievements. * Propose improvements in infrastructure, processes, and service that enhance the Member experience. * Serve as a positive leadership role model by maintaining open communication, collaborative work, and a healthy work environment. ### **What we are looking for:** * Degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field**. * Experience leading teams in financial sector institutions. * Solid knowledge of **credit processes, financial indicators, CNBV and CONDUSEF regulations, and risk management**. * Ability to organize, supervise, and motivate work teams. * Assertive communication, empathy, and results-oriented mindset. * Service attitude, commitment, and professional ethics. ### **We Offer:** * **Biweekly salary of $7,600** * **Monthly grocery vouchers.** * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus (45 days). * **Life insurance.** * **Performance bonuses.** * **Financial leave allowances.** * **Payroll loans and advances.** * **Birthday free day off.** * **Continuous training** and growth opportunities. ### **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ### **Want to join our team?** Apply through this channel.
