Knowledge of applicable regulations. English (Advanced) **Experience:** 5 years’ experience in engineering projects. Industrial and vertical projects, etc. English (Desirable); Team leadership skills. Review of engineering disciplines: HVAC, CCTV, HVAC systems, access control, smoke detection, fire protection systems (PCI), electrical systems, pressurized gases, high-voltage systems. Software: Excel. AutoCAD. MS Project **Key Responsibilities:** Act as representative of management and the client toward contractors and engineering consultants to coordinate and ensure proper execution of work. Validation and/or review of project engineering deliverables (electrical, mechanical, fire protection systems [PCI], HVAC, stormwater drainage). Validation and interpretation of technical studies (hydrological, lighting, etc.). Responsible for reporting activity progress and proactively identifying deviations and risks. Responsible for project safety compliance and verifying that all scheduled work sequence activities adhere to safety requirements. Responsible for reviewing cost estimates and approving payments to MEP specialty suppliers. Coordination of interdisciplinary engineering integration and execution of the final construction design package. Definition of quality standards and regulatory requirements to be followed. Review of value engineering documentation. **Work Schedule:** Hours: Monday to Saturday Document control (meeting minutes, reports, contracts, digital and physical filing systems).
